Auch wenn alle sagen im Nachstieg ist alles ne 3. Die Größe ist beim klettern oft trotzdem entscheidend.
Bogenschießen ist die ideale Sportart für alle, die Ruhe und den eigenen Fokus in der Natur suchen. Oder für die die einfach nur gern in der Natur suchen. ;) #explborders

Full of enthusiasm we set off on a new adventure. We want to climb the mountain, hike through the valley or experience nature on an extensive snowshoe tour. In order to enjoy this, it is important to take care of our body sufficiently. How should the provisions be composed in order to keep the body efficient during the whole tour?
Thats how a camp in the snow can looks like. (Best case scenario)
